Sport Rehabilitation For Israeli Children And Adults With Physical Disabilities
The Israel ParaSport Center (formerly Israel Sport Center For The Disabled) is one of the world pioneers in the field of sport rehabilitation. Our mission is to empower children and youth with physical disabilities from all backgrounds to participate in physical and psychological rehabilitation through sports in order to lead productive and successful lives in Israeli society. The Center currently serves close to 2,500 Israelis of all ages and uses sports to strengthen the body, spirit, and mind. The athletes in our competitive and Paralympic sports division have received hundreds of Paralympic, European, and World Championship titles throughout the years. Our Illinois-based chapter is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to providing ongoing financial support to the Center.
