The mission of Hospitality Scholars Foundation (HSF) is to provide mentorship, activities, and scholarships to Chicagoland high school students who are taking culinary or hospitality classes or who are planning to pursue those fields in college. Created by educators and industry professionals, HSF offers opportunities and training in culinary arts and hospitality management, such as educational programs, connections with local business leaders, financial aid for college, internships, employment readiness training, and industry certifications and licenses.
