LGBT National Help Center
Providing Free And Confidential Peer Support To The LGBTQ+ Community
The LGBT National Help Center provides vital peer support, community connections, and resource information to people with questions or concerns regarding sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Utilizing a diverse group of LGBT volunteers from across the country, we operate the LGBT National Hotline, LGBT National Youth Talkline, and LGBT National Senior Hotline. We provide a safe space that is anonymous and confidential where callers can speak on many different issues and concerns including, but limited to, coming out issues, gender and/or sexuality identities, relationship concerns, bullying, workplace issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer sex information, community involvement, suicide, and much more. For individuals who feel more comfortable communicating online, we offer private, volunteer, one-to-one online chat. In addition, we run weekly moderated chat rooms for LGBT youth and teens to find support, acceptance, and community.
