Sib4Sib
Support Network For Siblings Of Individuals Who Struggle With Mental Health
Sib4Sib’s mission is to provide a safe space and community for individuals – ages 6 to 18 – to express their frustrations and emotions surrounding having a sibling who struggles with mental health (ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, autism, emotional impairment, etc.). By bringing together siblings facing similar challenges at home, this 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization provides a support network that includes support groups, networking, resources, advocacy, and social outings. All programing is free of charge and facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. Sib4Sib allows siblings to relieve the anger, frustration, and resentment that can come from having a sibling who struggles with mental health. Sib4Sib was founded in 2016 by 15-year-old Jessica Goldberg when she became frustrated by the lack of resources for herself as a sibling.
