Spark Program is committed to creating opportunities that forge the gap between what middle school students learn in the classroom and what they dream to accomplish later in life. Spark’s one-of-a-kind Career Exploration program helps students develop a broader understanding of industries and careers by matching them with passionate volunteer mentors from local companies. Students leave Spark with increased social-emotional skills, social capital tools, and inspiration to begin their high school career and beyond on the strongest footing. Spark was founded on the belief that all young people should be inspired to explore who they can become, and all adults have a role in supporting them in that journey.
