Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation
Medical, Emotional, and Social Support For Children And Families Impacted By A Childhood Brain Tumor
The Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation seeks to improve the treatment, quality of life, and long-term outlook for children and families affected by a brain or spinal cord tumor. Our goal is to make sure no family goes through the brain tumor journey alone while also supporting medical research to eradicate childhood brain tumors. We offer sports/adventure weekends for teen and young adult survivors. Our Heads Up Conferences are six-day summer retreats in Montana that tackle topics like peer relationships, dating, and employment while also providing fun activities like zip lines, horseback riding, and nightly social activities. Our Career Program addresses the challenges and changes after a brain tumor and provides resume and interview tips, networking guidance, and employment support. We also provide emotional support groups for individuals and families. Our programs are geared for teens (ages 13-18) and young adults (ages 18-35).
