The internationally acclaimed Detroit Symphony Orchestra (DSO), in its 134th year, is known for trailblazing performances, visionary maestros, collaborations with the world's foremost musical artists, and an unwavering commitment to Detroit. Through its unique and traditional music, the DSO actively pursues a mission to impact and serve the community. The DSO's performance schedule includes Classical, Pops, Jazz, Young People's, and Neighborhood concerts, as well as innovative orchestral programming. The DSO's educational programs reach more than 70,000 students throughout southeast Michigan and are expanding to meet the growing educational needs of our area.
