Ellwood House Museum
Historic Mansion, Gardens, And Museum Campus For Educational Programs, Exhibits, And Site Tours
The mission of Ellwood House Museum is to engage visitors with authentic examples of ingenuity and architecture by sharing the historic Ellwood mansion, gardens, and museum campus. Located on ten acres of parkland, the seven-structure estate and gardens provide connections between the past and today, inspire creativity, and generate a sense of wonder among its visitors. Originally built in the 1800s for barbed wire entrepreneur Isaac Ellwood, the mansion and grounds are now used for educational tours, school programs, events, lecture series, and musical performances.
