Building Confidence In Middle And High School Girls To Create Future Leaders
Female Strong offers hands-on programs, mentorship, and experiences that build confidence in middle and high school girls to propel them to become future leaders. From personal growth workshops to academic scholarships to business development programs, Female Strong empowers young women with the skills to realize their full potential and preempt the inequities that exist for women in today’s workplace. Our flagship program is the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!), which is a six-month, mentor-led experience that teaches students to select, research, vet, develop, and market a business. At the end of the program, the girls pitch their concepts to an investor panel with the opportunity to receive startup funding for their businesses.
