Having a baby in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is life-changing, but NICU families do not have to do it alone. Hand To Hold provides personalized support before, during, and after a NICU stay to help ensure that all NICU families thrive. Through free resources, including one-on-one counseling, virtual support groups, a peer mentor program, podcasts, blogs, and the NICU Community App, we connect NICU parents to early intervention mental health support and continued support post-discharge to ensure a healthy beginning for the baby. One in every seven babies spends time in the NICU, and we envision a world where every NICU family has a trusted hand to hold throughout their journey and beyond.
