The Ideal Candidate’s mission is to improve the outcomes for neglected communities and diversify industries through a free training-and-placement program for Black and Latinx individuals. Our program covers self-sufficiency skills, financial literacy, and workplace preparation, and we connect diverse talent to corporate partners. Since its founding, The Ideal Candidate has graduated more than 750 students and placed them in over 400 jobs.
