Improving Healthcare And Education To Reduce Poverty In Developing Countries
Love Gives Foundation (LGF) is dedicated to reducing poverty and serious health problems for underserved people in developing countries by improving educational access and environmental conditions. A strong believer in the power of education to lift someone out of poverty, LGF’s programs aim to keep young people in good health, so that they can stay in school. LGF provides life skills development workshops, mentorship, sanitary pads for girls, clean water systems, water safety planning, sanitation facility improvements, and livelihood and educational assistance for orphans and vulnerable children. LGF also provides basic healthcare for teens and the elderly by paying their yearly health insurance premiums. Headquartered in Massachusetts, LGF has a regional office in Ghana and focuses primarily on West African countries.
