Educational Running Program To Build A Healthier Lifestyle For Students
Move! Music City empowers students to live a healthier lifestyle, build resilience to stress and trauma, and grow social-emotional skills by developing a love of running and exercise. Through our five-step program, we provide structured physical activity breaks to students throughout the school day. These short breaks promote concentration in the classroom, build positive self-esteem, and create a healthier body and mind. The exercise program is accompanied by a fun educational video that teaches the children about important historical landmarks in our area.
