Workforce-Focused Programs To Assist At-Risk Individuals Gain Employment
Of Color provides workforce-focused programs to assist at-risk individuals and families to achieve sustainable employment and education. We serve youth between the ages of 18-24, homeless veterans, returning citizens, and dislocated workers through our reintegration programs, new skills training, mentorship, career tutoring, hiring events, and employer partnerships. In addition, we work with Chicago housing organizations to help secure housing for the people we serve. We believe people of all colors can be leaders in their own lives when given the proper resources to enhance their economic and educational goals.
