Sustainable and Organic Farming Education and Advocacy
The Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA) cultivates a future in which sustainable and organic farmers thrive, local food nourishes our communities, and agricultural practices protect and enhance our environment. For decades, OEFFA has used education, advocacy, and grassroots organizing to promote local and organic food systems. We offer educational programs from the classroom to the farm; advocate at the statehouse and in Congress for policies that protect and benefit sustainable agriculture; meet one-on-one with food producers to provide technical assistance and mentoring; and help farms and processors that seek certification for organic, grass-fed, or food justice standards.
