Pseudo-Military Operations To Educate Corporate Leaders About The Value Of Hiring Military Veterans
Project RELO is dedicated to educating corporate America on the value of hiring our nation's military veterans. Through multi-day, in-the-field, immersive training events and pseudo-military operations, corporate leaders learn from veterans how to navigate and overcome obstacles. While the exercises and missions help the participants to hone their leadership and team-building skills, they also provide a chance for the corporate leaders to learn about and appreciate the quality, character, and talents of our veterans. Our goal is to change the national narrative from hiring a veteran as a social good to hiring a veteran as a strategic, business asset.
