Rainbows For All Children
Support For Children As They Navigate Grief And Heal From Loss
Rainbows for All Children is dedicated to guiding youth – ages 3 to 18 – through the storms of life. Our mission is to be the premier source of support for all children as they navigate grief and heal from loss, whether from death, divorce, deployment, incarceration, or other trauma. Rainbows fosters awareness that youth require support to heal. Our Rainbows-trained facilitators use age-appropriate, evidence-based curriculum to lead peer support groups in schools, faith-based organizations, and community centers. Rainbows' programs are available to all children and are free. A divorced mother of three boys, Suzy Yehl Marta founded Rainbows after she was unable to find a support group for her children to deal with their trauma from her devastating divorce in the 1970s. Rainbows is now across the United States, in 16 countries, and has served more than three million children.
