SOAL Leadership Institute provides leadership coaching, workshops, and content to assist individuals who are overlooked and underrepresented in the workplace. Lifelong friends with more than twenty years of experience in human resources, organizational development, collegiate academia, executive coaching, and spiritual leadership, Doctors Eileen Timmins and Alicia Straughter founded SOAL to help others grow and learn in their leadership positions. They are long-time believers in leading with your soul, which is why the nonprofit is named SOAL (Soul Of A Leader).
