Empowering And Retaining Excellent Teachers In Chicago’s Under-Resourced Schools
The mission of Teachers Supporting Teachers (TST) is to mobilize and support teacher leaders to have a lasting impact in their schools. Through our fellowship programs and professional development series, we create a community of committed educators who lead work in schools and share best practices with a network of their peers. Focusing predominantly on cohorts of Black and Latinx teachers who lead and serve in our most under-resourced schools, we foresee a future of educational equity in which all schools are filled with excellent, empowered teachers.
