Active Children Excel Project
Building Character, Confidence, And Community Through Tennis
The Active Children Excel Project (“The ACE Project”) nurtures children living in underserved communities by building character, confidence, and competency through the sport of tennis. We offer tennis instruction, homework assistance, nutritional support, academic enrichment, and social-emotional skill building to youth living in Chicago, Baltimore, and Detroit. We recruit and train coaches from a wide range of community members, including parents, teachers, and school administrators. The ACE Project believes that by strengthening the relationships among students, their families, and their communities, we will outmatch the current cycles that limit opportunity and success.
