Nora Project
Promoting Disability Inclusion By Empowering Educators And Engaging Students And Communities
The Nora Project trains and coaches educators and offers a suite of social and emotional learning (SEL) programs that dive deeply into the concepts of empathy and inclusion, explicitly addressing disability and difference as a part of human diversity. Our programs, designed to be co-taught for students of all abilities from pre-kindergarten through high school, connect what students are learning to the real world, offering them authentic opportunities to practice what they learn during direct instruction. Together, we can make our vision a reality: a new standard in education where ability diversity is expected and valued in every classroom.
