Providing Free Feminine Care Products To Disadvantaged Women
Under Her distributes basic feminine care products – including bras, sanitary napkins, body soaps, and pocket calendars to track menstrual cycles – to vulnerable and disadvantaged girls, women, and female-identified people. These products are included in our free Vanity Bags. Our goal is to promote positive, transformational social change by building healthy self-esteem, sisterhood, and emotional support in our communities. Shaye Brooks and her two daughters founded Under Her when they became aware of how difficult it was for many girls and women to obtain basic personal care products. Their vision is that no person suffers the indignity of being unprepared for feminine hygiene issues.
