Building Social Interaction And Self-Esteem For Teens With Severe Life-Limiting Medical Conditions
Wish Upon A Teen is dedicated to providing resources, time, and opportunities to teenagers with severe life-limiting medical conditions. Through creative, social, and educational opportunities, our goal is to normalize the teenagers’ environment and rebuild their self-esteem as they transition to adulthood. We provide ongoing support, age-appropriate programs, and a variety of fun events to teenagers throughout the United States. From redecorating hospital rooms to spa days to an annual gala prom for teens unable to attend the event at their own schools, Wish Upon A Teen seeks to make teenage lives as normal as possible while also helping them to address their new circumstances.
