Increasing Equitable Access To The Healing Power Of Yoga In Under-Resourced Communities
The mission of YogaCare is to catalyze the spread of yoga in under-resourced communities to promote health. We partner with neighborhood organizations to develop customized, safe, and welcoming programs for individuals of all levels and backgrounds to manage stress, pain, and chronic diseases, as well as to foster community. All of our yoga programs are free.
