Stupid Cancer
Building Community And Ending Isolation For Adolescent And Young Adult Cancer Survivors
Stupid Cancer offers a lifeline to the young adult cancer community by connecting adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors and caregivers to age-appropriate resources and peers who get it. Our mission is to empower AYA cancer survivors by ending isolation and building community. CancerCon is a four-day conference that brings together hundreds of patients, survivors, caregivers, advocates, and health professionals to provide AYAs with critical resources, informational workshops, educational sessions, group discussions, networking opportunities, and social activities. Our in-person and digital Meetups are a chance to have fun and connect with someone who truly understands the survivor’s experience. Our new Stories program allows survivors and caregivers a multi-media platform to share their story and encourages them to Get Busy Living!
