California-based ANTI-RECIDIVISM COALITION (ARC) empowers formerly and currently incarcerated people to thrive by providing a support network, comprehensive reentry services, and advocacy for policy change. ARC offers peer support, case management, trauma counseling, housing, education and employment assistance, mentorship, and civic engagement opportunities.
