Two CLOZTALK Nonprofit Partners are Expanding Access to the Arts and Education by Developing World Class Musicians and Global Citizens

A new generation of Black and Latinx musicians are paving their way in the classical music world with help from the Sphinx Organization in Detroit. The organization fosters diversity in the arts by supporting emerging musicians early in their careers. On PBS, a few talented musicians share their experiences with Sphinx and how they're paying it forward.

 

The Global Citizen Experience (GCE) Lab School is an independent high school in downtown Chicago that cultivates global citizens ready to meet the challenges of the 21st century. Check out this CBS 2 story about how students are benefiting from the inspiring practicality of real-world education. Through blended, project-based learning, the school fosters a diverse community of learners who use the city as a classroom to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to courageously take action locally and globally.
