CLOZTALK Nonprofit Partners in the News: Project C.U.R.E. and Rethink Food

Since 1987, Project C.U.R.E has delivered life-saving medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and clinics throughout the under-resourced world. Based in Centennial, Colorado, with distribution centers around the United States, Project C.U.R.E. recently hosted Denver's 9NEWS at its Denver Distribution Center to discuss the C.U.R.E. Cargo program. The segment highlighted one C.U.R.E. Cargo project in Jamaica, where the health infrastructure was already fragile prior to COVID-19.

Rethink Food’s mission is to create a more sustainable and equitable food system by partnering with restaurants to transform excess food into nutritious and culturally sensitive meals for their communities, including in New York City, Chicago, Nashville, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. And recently, Rethink Food expanded into another major market: Miami! Check out the story in the Miami New Times. Our team at CLOZTALK congratulates the Rethink Food team on its expansion and innovative solutions to help individuals and families.
