From Diapers To Exercise To Coffee, CLOZTALK Nonprofit Partners Are In The News!

Illinois-based SHARE OUR SPARE distributes baby and toddler essentials to families in need. They do this by collecting new and gently used baby and toddler items from those with “extras” to spare and distributing them to families living in poverty through a sustainable network of volunteers, community stakeholders, and social service agencies. Executive Director Alex Goodfellow recently sat down with WGN-TV to talk about the urgent need for diapers and other items.

Tennessee-based MOVE! MUSIC CITY provides schools with an educational running program to build a healthier lifestyle for students. Through its five-step program, the nonprofit provides structured physical activity breaks to students throughout the school day to promote concentration in the classroom, build positive self-esteem, and create a healthier body and mind. In an interview with WKRN-TV ABC 2, Founder Stephanie Legan explains the exercise program and its benefits.
